Meet Jesse Dominguez
Chief Investigator
Jesse Dominguez is the chief investigator at Sico, White, Hoelscher, Harris & Braugh, and brings with him more than 30 years of experience helping victims of catastrophic and fatal accidents.
Mr. Dominguez’s experience in investigating and assessing civil and product liability cases is an important asset to the firm’s clients. Jesse has investigated a variety of cases from plane and helicopter crashes to 18-wheeler and industrial accidents. He has a keen understanding of the need for quick response in accident-related cases, and he takes tremendous pride in handling investigations as thoroughly and rapidly as possible. Mr. Dominguez works closely with each partner of the firm. He also manages the firm’s network of subject matter experts and builds new relationships as needed for specific cases.
Mr. Dominguez holds a Private Investigators license from the Texas Department of Public Safety. In his free time, Mr. Dominguez enjoys fishing and hunting and is an advocate for wildlife and coastal conservation.
- Mr. Dominguez oversaw the investigation of one of the largest commercial vehicle cases in Ohio. Working with the law enforcement agencies assigned to investigate the accident, Mr. Dominguez was able to secure crucial evidence that a large out-of-court settlement for the clients.
- Mr. Dominguez led the investigation into two cases involving defective Blitz gas cans. In both cases, the gas tank exploded spraying burning fuel all over the victims resulting in the death of 1 child and the burning of 2 young men. Mr. Dominguez’s research and investigation into this defect proved useful to the attorneys leading the charge against Blitz.
- Mr. Dominguez was a part of the litigation team that overcame a Forum Non-Conveniens challenge stemming from an aviation accident that occurred in Mexico involving Mexican citizens. Utilizing his resources and vast network of contacts in Mexico, Mr. Dominguez assisted the litigation team on all fronts.
- Mr. Dominguez led the investigation into one of the firm’s most significant trucking cases versus Werner Trucking.
